10 gallons will not be any better than the 5, to be honest. Each one of the fish you have (except the guppy) has the potential to get very large, and the waste output on the goldfish and pleco alone are going to cause nothing but problems. Is there any other fish store you could take them to? Do you...

As much as I know you don't want to hear this, if you are unable to upgrade your tank, you should return the clown loaches. Thanks for responding so quickly, and I appreciate your candid response! I find it fascinating to see how people do things, so I hope you didn't think I was trying to attack you. Our first tank, a 30g, was set up before we realized what cycling was, and what we would need to do and watch for. Knowin...

Be VERY careful with Chinese Algae Eaters. I was one of the novices way back when that decided that having one would be awesome. My first one died suddenly, but gave my old beta no problems. I picked up a new one in the hopes for peaceful co-existance, which worked for the first month or so, until t...

Hey Icewall, Lovely tank, I can see that it will really be lovely once everything starts coming together. I was just wondering what sort of cycling you used on the tank, and if you were continuing with a cycling product (such as Sechem Stability) while cycling with the fish in the tank. I know not e...
