Wow this is some crazy stuffs here. It's a controversial issue so I won't even try to argue.

They already made these Glow fish and selectively bred un-natural shape fishes - imagine what the aquarium fishes would be like in next 500 years...

nice loaches. I always look for a dotted clown loach but haven't seen one yet. How long did it take you to find one or did you find it by luck?

Loach reproduction in aquarium

Is there any loaches beside clown loach and some hillstream loaches which can be bred in aquarium? How come there are very few records of them being breed in aquarium despite their popularity and availability?

Cool, if he can get a baby clown loach from these eggs that would mean he's the first one in the world to be able breed the clown loach (with proof)?

It's a good thing that there isn't much albino loach. Not all but most of the albino fishes are due to too much inbreeding. I prefer the all natural fish :) . I was just at a store today and they had these green, red and yellow glozebra fishes, they look so FAKE!

I first thought maybe because of the water change but then half of the shrimp's body is out of its shell as you ca...

Thanks for the reply guys.

I thought all clown loaches are wild caught. Many online stores and articles says they are wild caught mainly because it's cheaper to catch them. I even thought about collecting weird pattern clown loaches but not anymore. I am not into mutants...

Clown loach's color

I don't own any clown loach, yet. But I've seen quite a few different levels of color intensity in clown loaches on the internet. It goes from deep bright yellow to almost grey. The young ones are usually a lot more colorful than the old ones. Is there any relation between the age and color or food ...
