By the way, these images really shows how the loaches devided their ecological ninche. The Schistura at the sand and gravel bottom of the stream, the Balitora on the rocks in fast flowing area and the Lepido in the still water silty part of the stream.

I currently have 2 of this loach in my big community tank, together with all the cyprinids and botidae, including B. sidthimunki, they seems to co-exist well with all other fish. Only fight to each other once in a while. Other wise, they doesn't seem to bother others fish.

Being in the tropic, all source of live-foods are available to me at cheap price. I feed my fish with mostly frozen blood worm and about once or twice a week they get dancing adult brine shrimp. If it is really picky them I drop in live tubiflex worm with a risk of introducing disease with it.
