It is just natural heirachy behaviour. These battles can often last a long time but usually settle out with only the occasional battle. Adding more Loaches if your stocking room allows should help the matter as any aggression and dominance is spread out.

If you want them low why not mount the Koralia so they are aimed up toward the surface somewhat. You will still get the flow and current but will also get good surface agitation and gaseous exchange. Failing that keeping them above the mid line of the tank should suffice. As regards the SAE. If they...

With regards the Osteocheilus, does the black line extend into the caudal fin at all or does it stop at the peduncle? If it extends into the caudal I'd opt for O.waandersii, if not then it only really leaves O.microcephalus as the closest fit to my eyes.. Could be wrong though

Oh my Emma, you must be so heartbroken. Such a shame. I always wanted to make the time to visit you and hopefully get the chance to see Marge in the flesh. I don't think Marge could have wished for a better home and care. Possibly the worlds most famous Clown Loach in the world. She will be greatly ...

Why though? Why add salt? It isn't necessary and long term will affect the osmo-regulatory ability of the fish. Freshwater fish should be kept in freshwater simple as...

Get a group. They may hav little quarrels but in a large enough tank a group of 5 or more should be fine. They are fairly good algae eater but prefer the filament/tuft type algaes to others.
Panda Garras would also complement well with them.
