From emaciated to plump
When I got them in September 2008
March 2009
Current
Not easy to get shots of them, with eight in the tank you can usually see several but they don't pose. If they stop they are almost always hidden. I will hunt them for a while to try and get some better shots.

Hi Onetruepath , you've done are great conditioning job on those fish ,I have a group of these and agree they arent too shy but do seem quite sensitive to any movement outside their tank/aquarium ,My group consists of nine fish of various sizes ,all bought at the same time but different growth rates ,I find that all these Indian Botias seem to have a group order where some fish grow well and others seem to remain quite small I guess it must be some sort of dominance order
I see your larger fish have the more splintered pattern , some fish get this and some seem to keep the banded pattern ,but with little circles within the banding ,I find both Rostratas and Almorhae are variable pattern wise and alter with growth too
Have you tried Dario's yet really interesting fish
