Clown loach question

Post by Glostik » Thu Jan 12, 2006 12:00 am

PH - 7.0-7.2
Ammonia - 0
Nitrite - 0
Nitrate - 10

150G Tank

One of my clown loaches has recently been swimming sideways and upside down on purpose. Is this normal behaviour? This is the first time ive ever seen it in the 2 yrs ive had them. The only thing that has changed is that I got my PH up from 6.0 to 7.0.

my clown dose it, i'v had him for six years now, he's frightened the life out me hundreds of times by sleeping upside down and swimming like that. make sure that he can turn back to normal or he might have a swimbladder problem which is caused by bad water conditions, i'm not sure if you water readings are fine because even after six years i have no idear about ideal water conditions.
