Sids Tank and food problem

Post by CORY-MIKE » Sun Feb 16, 2014 6:19 am

Hi

I think my SIDS tank is going really well,

But I have noticed that some of the sids look like they don't get food. I was wondering if I need to replace the tanks mates. What do you think?

I give them, artemia, bloodworms, Tetra tabimin, ect.

Any advice would be great.

Cheers Michael

The tank does look great, but I think there is too much competition for food for every fish to get its share.

It is sad to see some fish starving but it will be difficult to prevent I think.

I know it doesn't help much but from this we see what normally happens in nature.

But, these are our pets and we want the best for them - to see them all thrive.

For the best chance of this I think I would have less fish so that you could put enough food into the tank to enable the weaker fish to get enough food.
