Botia histrionica sourcing issues

Post by longshlong » Sun Jan 25, 2015 12:49 pm

I'm finding it difficult to get a hold of these in the UK. Local places and even crowland maidenhead aquatics haven't got them at the moment. Is there some sort of supply issue from Burma/Thailand at the minute? Or on this species alone? I have one extremely lonely histrionica that needs some pals. I'm wondering if he'd feel at home with some striatas or kubotai instead for the time being?

Any ideas?

FWIW, the fish is available in the US now, so it should be available in the UK too...
