Is this Pangio doriae?

Post by wodesorel » Thu Mar 05, 2015 6:29 pm

I've had it for at least a year - I think it's been more like two years, but I honestly can't remember when we brought it home. It doesn't come out all that much, but yesterday I walked in the room and it was perfectly posed on the driftwood and I was able to get a couple of pictures! It's not incredibly shiny like the photos P. doriae are, so I'm second guessing my ID. I found it at a Petsmart during the early spring months. It is the only one I have, and I do keep looking for more, but so far no luck. It does seem to do okay with my regular kuhlis and will school with them happily. (As you can see in the photos, because if I make a move towards the tank they all think it's dinnertime...)

(Sorry, a bad camera and uncleaned glass are a poor combination!)
