rectangular Java fern

Post by Igor » Fri Apr 01, 2011 4:53 am

recently I get rectangular Java fern. it's a new strain, known as Sponge Fern, originated from Microsorum pteropus somewhere in Thailand.

no scissors, no trimming, it grows rectangularly for several months in my collection. perfect for the backgrounds

That is really neat! My husband will be thrilled to hear about it. Java fern grows so well in our tanks, and a somewhat "already arranged" set up like that would be excellent in our tank at some point. Thanks!
