Panda loach (protomyzon pachychilus). I think when the fish get older, they will start to lose that color/pattern.

Hi
It's a loach from China and since December 2012 named Yaoshania pachychilus. It was temporarly put into 'Protomyzon' by M. Kottelat because it was clear that it doesn't belong to Protomyzon, endemic to Borneo. Yaoshania is a new genus with one species. As the species is highly endangered by human activities it shold be kept by breeders. For further informations

^Is this type bred to have this pattern or is it wild caught? I am curious if this type has an official name yet.

Its wild caught. I don't think its been captive bred yet, but I may be wrong.
