A little more info can help...

What size tank? What sort of equipment? What size Laoch?
How long have you had the tank running? How long have you had the Loach?
Do you have other fish in the tank?
What are the water parameters?
Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate, GH, KH, pH, tempreature, other tests?
Does the Loach show any symptoms like red spots, white spots, is he too thin, are his fins intact?
What have you tried feeding him?
38 tanks, 2 ponds over 4000 liters of water to keep clean and fresh.

Happy fish keeping!
