Will Interpet No. 12 get rid of anchor worms?
I have treated a weather loach and two shebunkins with Interpet No. 12 (anti crustacean parasite) but I keep reading that you have to pull anchor worms out of fish with tweezers?! It does not say anything about this on the bottle so I am a bit confused as to what will happen. Will the worms just die and fall out or will I still have to manually remove them?

That sound easier than removing them.
I think you saw the post here where Diana and I took them off our fish - it wasn't hard. http://forums.loaches.com/viewtopic.php?t=14995

Thanks Mick. I was thinking of Dimilin. This med keeps anchor worms from reproducing. I'm not sure how the other meds would work because the head of the anchor worm is encapsulated inside the fish.
SophieJaynne- Don't remove the anchor worm, you could injure the fish. It will fall off eventually after it dies.
edit- I'm just going by what my books say and what I've read at various websites. Some here have had better experience with this parasite, so perhaps they know better.
