weather loach help

ok first of a big hello to everyone

got a fish tank a few month back to put my 4 gold fish in and the tank came with 4 weather loaches

everything been ok and they have got on no problem but now one of the loaches has developed lumps and is dying and starting to roll over

I would quarantine him as soon as possible. But don't be surprised..the shock of the quarantine might kill him.

Ditto, remove him from the tank. Quarantine/ hospital tank.

sorry i didn't reply earlier guys but he is OK now after quarantine and and using aquarium salt and a full water change but another loach has developed a problem of the last 2 days

this loach has always been the largest out of them and always looked like his back half was slightly larger than the front, but now that whole back end has swelled and turned white and he has develop either a blood blister or spot as on his side but he is swimming and feeding with no problems

i have just quarantined him and looking for advice please check link for picture of fish

ok so i got the little fella in a separate tank and on melafix now as he has sores underneath next to his fins, fingers crossed for the little fella

What are the water parameters in the tank (both the main tank and the hospital tank)?
Ammonia, nitrite, nitrate,
GH, KH, pH

I would be doing extra water changes, even if the parameters are all right where they should be, and even more/larger changes if there is any problem.
38 tanks, 2 ponds over 4000 liters of water to keep clean and fresh.
