possible sick dojo loach

I will get pics when I can, but he had a fungus , then Got rid of it. Now it appears sonething is wrong with his gills.there is sonething that com es out then gows back in :( I chexked the water and everything is normal

Gill problems can be a disease or a parasite. Look up terms like Gill Fluke and combine terms like Gills and Parasite and get to know some of the issues. If the problem comes back, or spreads to another fish you will know what it is and how to treat it.
38 tanks, 2 ponds over 4000 liters of water to keep clean and fresh.
