In the beginning, I will introduce a kind of the loach in Japan.
The scientific name is Niwaella delicata
It is a Japanese endemic species. They assume algae to be staple food.
I pronounce it "ajime_dojou" in Japanese.
It is a meaning called a tasty loach.
It is said to be the most delicious in loachs inhabiting Japan.
