I did once purchase 5 amano shrimp for my community tank with loaches and noticed that within 2 weeks they were all gone...nothing but discarded shells remaining.

If its brown (diatom) ancistrus is 100% the way to go. If its green, but flat, they'll peck at some of that, and if its the hair algae type, they'll nibble it but not significantly dent it.adampetherick wrote:At work atm, will get one in the morning
Any fish can get spoiled on pelleted foods that offer more bang for less effort though.
