Re: Yoyo safe Hydra treatment
3% food grade hydrogen peroxide has worked great for me in killing hydras and all my fish are doing great. I have many loaches and rasboras. Here are some resources for directions and such. :) hope it helps! https://www.plantedtank.net/threads/hydra-and-hydrogen-peroxide-my-expreriences.1305317/ htt...

Sick weather loach help please!
I have a 3 year old weather loach who was fine one day and the next he's laying on his side and not swimming really at all. I thought maybe he was constipated but he pooped so guess not. He wants to eat, when food is next to his mouth he will excitedly eat it, but won't swim around to get the rest o...

Sand stuck to loaches body?
Hey everyone, I'm just wondering if it's normal for my sand substrate to sometimes be stuck to my dojo loaches back or side? I cannot find anything online about it. It doesn't happen all the time but I recently got my hand in there and tried to brush it off. Came off easy. I've seen a patch of sand ...

Tank sizes for group of loaches
Hello, I am hoping to gain some insight on tank sizes dependent on the size of a group or shoal of loaches. I know this can also depend on the loach species itself. I am particularly interested in gold zebra loaches (botia histrionica), yoyo loaches (botia almorhae) or polka dot/burmese border loach...

Mixing loaches
Hi everyone! Hope you're all doing well! To really ask my question, I feel like I need to give you all a brief recap of my loach keeping history. 2 years ago I was a super newb at fishkeeping in general and purchased one yoyo loach from a chain petstore. Long story short, I figured out they are scho...
