It sounds like your loach has a serious health problem — white around the mouth, frayed fins, Pokémon Gamma Emerald and signs of blindness in one eye could be signs of an infection or fungal disease.

Went to return the fish and fell for the 24K weather loach — expensive but the color was just right. Seeing it with my own eyes was enough to start a chain reaction of chemicals in my mind. It was the kind of urge that anyone hole io online who has ever been into aquarium fish knows all too well.
