there are quite a few females on there you did not answer me what is wrong with my Qtanks/grow out for my rays? bare bottom allows me to keep it clean i can see what they eat and how much.

I think there's absolutely no doubt this guy has seriously got the technicalities of maintaining large aquaria down pat, but has zero idea of ethics or plain common-sense. It's clearly a case of someone with more money than sense.......and no idea of aesthetics or fish's psychological requirements....
