I finally was able to get a clear photo of one - too bad it's just a face shot!

I guess that's possible, but I would think that one of the other dojos would have gotten stuck in the past. I've got one in there that's about 9 inches long and very thick - this one in the photos is only about 6 inches long.

Can anyone identify what this is on my dojo? This white ring goes all the way around the fish. Water has been tested and partially changed but this won't go away. Suggestions for treatment?
