I have six and they are all different from each other. Not only they keep changing but the left side of one individual may differ from its right side.

Kubs are in the top three of my favourite fish.

I have experienced a similar results last January as I got several almorhae with ich. Incidentally it was during a heat wave and the temperature remained high for 9 days (30.5 31.4 30.7 30.5 29.5 29.5 29.5 29.5 29.5 Celsius or 86.9 88.5 87.26 86.9 85.1 = = = = = Fahrenheit). Two UV filters 9W were a...

For the time being, i would put it down to lack of information within these Loaches as to why we know not as much. Thankfully TDO and others are trying their best to sort this out. I'd say in a year or so we will have the answer.. Isn't ironic that The Dark One will bring light to the subject? :win...

Thank you my friends.

Now I'm curious to see a proper picture of the birdi. The book in the shop obviously had the photos mixed up.

The reason why I asked is because I recently bought some almorhea. Some of them show a different pattern. The middle of the "o" is more like a "?" and the colour is softer than almorheas in general. I questioned the shop keeper and he told me that they were birdi and showed me the picture on an old ...

Afrikaans is Dutch! Archaic Dutch slightly mixed with German, French, Indonesian and polluted by English.

The Dutch ij became y and Z's became S's and CHT's became G's but otherwise you would easily communicate in SA.

Tot siens

Dutch wrote:Thanks Andre! You almost got the dutch perfect, but aquarium is 'aquarium' in dutch as well. We just pronounce the 'q' as 'kw'.
It may well be "aquarium" in Dutch but in Afrikaans is "akwarium". Yeah maybe we are 400 years behind

Not that I'm very fond of hormones injection, but if this is successful on a large scale it may be a good thing to preserve the wild stock.

Very interesting.
