You might find it best to remove the angelfish in times when another angel is not available. Constant bullying can lead to stress and eventually death if the angel repeats the process.:(

Forget the hillies until you have the aircon. It's not worth trying them especially during hot days. It's actually far too risky to keep them in a temp that high considering how they generally prefer cooler waters.
