Just a update...
I got the med, today and have added to the tank.
I also added to the Oscar tank, even though the CL`s look good in there.
Thought it was best to give it to them.
I sure hope this work`s, I really don`t want to lose another CL.

Isn't good to be well on are way in life. :D
So I take it I can use the full dose on the CL`s...
I will be using it on all my fish as well.
Iam not one to jump into med`s at the first sign of a problem, I believe that clean water and a good balance diet keep your fish healthy.

OK, I have now just ordered the "wormer plus" and will start treatment as soon as I receive it.

Diana it`s not as bad as it sound`s, the one Oscar is going through puberty, and has a chase after the other at time`s..

Mick only with garlic....I believe it`s a natural way of getting reed of parasites. and to bust there immune system, and to simulate them to feed.

Also forgot to add. :roll: ( where`s my brain )
That my one Oscar is on a trip and is after the other most the time, for the last few month`s....no ...

I find that the sand is showing all the poo. :shock:

And by the time I move all the wood and vac, it out....am doing a 70% W\C....

I like to do two W\C`s a week.... But now am wondering if this is going to be to much...

For filter`s am running a fx5 and Ehiem 2260. I clean one filter when water ...

The Anubias sp I had, the Cl`s punched hole`s in and killed the flower`s,
to the point where I had to put them in another tank. :roll:

So I now have only Java fern in there tank..... Just because I wanted a tank with a clean look, and now I don`t have to un-clog the intake`s all the time ...

As for plant`s :lol: CL`s are very good at destroying them just for fun..

If I was you I would try for: Java Moss (Vesicularia dubyana)

Brown Wendtii Crypt (Cryptocoryne wendtii) or the green.

Java Fern (Microsorum pteropus)

There all low light plant`s and the CL`s seem to ...

How old are CL`s when they start getting there white line`s, on the out side of the black. ?

And at what age dose the white come into the black ?

Sorry chris1932 that I have not gotten back to you sooner.

Yes, it`s a Severum, it was to be a red shoulder, but am thinking it`s a green. Sense it has not gotten it`s colour. It`s 6 months old.
