Can I just suggest that you use sand instead of gravel? Dojos (weather loaches) love to dig around and the gravel may irritate their sensitive barbels. It's not necissary and probably NOT the cause of his condition but I bet it would make them much happier...although sand is a little tougher to deal...

Temp- 66

No3- 100ppm
No2- 0
Hardness- between 120-250 ppm (waters always been hard)
Alkalinity- between 180-240 ppm (always been like this)
PH- 8.0
Ammonia- .25ppm

He's floating around all wobbly and when he stops he just lays there until the other fish bump into him, he'll move again, but not like normal, kind of "flipping" upside down and floating and wiggling...OMG he's never done this before.....what do I do???? Oh no not the sponge. I change the carbon part. What they are is a disposable filter. I put the carbon packet into the white filter thingy, then put it in the pump along with the sponge thingy.
