Sick Burmese Border Please Help

How do you know if your loaches are suffering from skinny disease. Im very worried about my Burmeses and 1 yoyo. I will try to take pic. What can i do if it does have it? How about some nice Firemouths (SA cichlid) if u keep 3-4 of them they will chase each other, also possilby Congo tetras, Giant Danios, Black Skirt tetras? Just some possiblities, maybe even some kilifish....although i dont know a great deal about them....

They are kept between 72-74 degrees...if it gets too hot i put on my window a/c to keep it down...otherwise i use 6 icepacks which usually brings it down 1-2 degrees if needed.
Right now its 72

I have 4 black Kuhlies as stated, 2 of them are always together doing their figure 8's on the glass together, the other 2 i rarely see, should i be worried, i havent senn 1 of them in 4 days, however, they all look alike so i am assuming. I have 4 black kuhlies that eat out of my hand they are in tank with dojos and all get along GREAT..because my dojos are so use to eating from hand could this have triggered the kuhlies to be more personable?
