i really really really recommend using Cupramine by Seachem. I had some medication resistant clowns, the salt, heat and malachite green for 5 days didnt make a dent. is your loach eating the food? how are you feeding it to him. mine just floated around, then i soaked them in garlic guard. no one still ate them... i gaveup

well after the loach wasnt eating and looked to be in pain i euthanized him and took the picture down.
