trying to add photographs

Sorry to hear it. I've seen clown loaches get pretty beaten up in spats, but this is the 1st time I ever heard of a fight to the death. It makes me wonder if there is a small problem with the tank or the water. Low oxygen in the water, or something like. Or another thing, maybe there is not enough ...

Velvet?
IN all the years I have had fish I have never had velvet in any of my tanks but one of my big clowns has a small scrape or cloud onit . She is swimming fine and eating but Iam concerned, Is there any photo's I can compare , this Lady is 8 inch's long and a character. Thanks Graham

I was at Home depot and they had grey electrical conduit in 14 inch bends on sale it is 4 inch diameter. I went home boiled it and then used large pond river rock over the top. My guys will fly through it then come back to the front and start all over again , it is not uncommon to have 3or 4 of them...
