Thanks! It was shot with an HD cam, on youtube you can click the high quality link. I love that you can hear the clicking in the video. I wasn't sure if the camera would pick it up.

Excellent video! 8) You know my Marge would eat that prawn in one go.  Emma Thanks, someday I hope my little buddies get that big. My last school of 5 were about 2 years old when they died from ich. I'm still upset with myself for making such a stupid mistake. I used my python to clean...

First off, that's a great video. I too love my clown loaches and am in the process of setting up a new home (150g) to house a bigger family of them. For being new clown loaches they seem rather larger than what I've seen. Great find on them. I have to get all my fish from either Petsmart of Petco. ...

Feeding Time in the River Tank (Video)

Hi all, Been quite a while since I have posted. I lost my 5 clowns to ich 1 year ago, despite all the great advice I was given by the members of this community. Well the other day while browsing the LFS I decided to try it again, and I am so glad I did. The clowns were the reason I got into the hobb...

well so far so good. the tank is at 87 degrees. At every level, every corner. No loss yet. 2 of the 5 clowns have it, the 2 plecos and the gouramis are ich free. I pulled out the diatom filter that was donated to me. It was a PIA to get going correctly, but I have that running too now. Can't hurt I ...

thanks, I'm going to go with the salt. I am really against meds. Would a diatom filter help? I just remembered I have a used one that was given to me a few months ago. I believe everything including a sealed bag of powder is in the box.

well today 1 of the 5 clowns have ich :( Tank is around 87 degrees, increased the airflow to the air stone, and have the water level below the spray bar. I just did a super gravel vac and 50% water change. Still deciding if I should try some "loach safe" meds, or just ride it out with water changes ...

well this just showed up yesterday. In the morning I did'nt see any spots on the fish. Last night a few of the danios were covered with them. Now that the temp is up to 87 I'm going to do a 50% water change and then daily vac's.

I really hope my loaches survive.

Thank you all for the info. Well I think my "nice guy" attitude caused my ich. I used my vac to clean a friends neglected tank 2 weeks ago, never thought to boil my equipment. Can ICH "live" out of water? I would say atleast 3-4 days went by between the time I cleaned his tank then mine. Last night ...

ICH in my community tank! Advise please!

Hi everyone, I just noticed what looks like a bad outbreak of ich in my tank. My plecos and clowns have no spots(from what I can see), but my danios are covered, my pink gourami is covered, my blue and gold gouramis have a few spots. Whats the best way to treat this variety of fish? I just spent an ...

update on movng my clowns, MORE pics added

thanks to everyone guiding me on moving my clowns to a bigger tank and getting them to come out of hiding. I completed the move with no issues, and I can actually see my clowns again. Pics of the tank, and the clowns with the L001. http://i107.photobucket.com/albums/m299/turbovr6/PC092338.jpg http:/...

Going to take some months before I have some zebras. First is the unfortunate problem of the rediculous cost. Second is finding a breeder I feel confident in. I have 2 local sources for quality fish, but both are having no luck finding good zebras.
