Glass Cats are cool, they will pick a moderate flow area in the tank and just hang out there for hours...But if something comes their way, or there is food in the tank, they are very quick

I will try adding salt to the tank. The temp is up to 80 and there is a bubble wand in there with a lot of bubbling, so O2 should not be a problem. I also lowered the water level to help with the HOB filter's splashing.

What is the substrate at the bottom and where did you buy it? Also, does the current make the substrate get off the bottom?

I am setting up 75 gallon, 4 ft, tank and wanting to keep about 10 khuli loaches in it. I also want to keep clowns, and wondering how many I can keep in a 75 gallon tank. The tank will also have some smaller dither fish. Its going to be planted.

Have you considered a few doses of antibiotics? Penicillin and Streptomycin are quite broad spectrum and could be all you might need to fight off a bacterial infection.
