Okay, I waited. This past 'black Friday', I bought a 125 gallon aquarium; 72" x 22.5" x 18". Really glad that I did. Got 20% off price at Pet Smarts. Can't wait until I can put my clowns in it. No problem then, as long as the vascular bundle area is cut out. Be sure the opening is large enough for your clowns. I'm not sure what you want to do with the bamboo, but to use them for caves for loaches they have to be cut into pieces. A cut on each side of the vascular bundle has to be made.
