Re: To buy more loaches or not? Advice please.

... you can always experiment if you are bored with things. But, don't experiment doing something that will put the fish at risk just because you maybe bored. A 200 liter (50 gal) tank is not really big enough for one clown much less a clown with several angels plus tetras. Of course, if it has bee...

Re: New to loaches...couple ??

Welcome to the list. There are only a few people that reply to questions and they are not on every day. Have you read this: http://www.loaches.com/species-index/botia-almorhae Also, you can do a google search for "yoyo fish" and get several sites with info on yoyos. You do not say how big your tank ...

Re: update to my 240 gallon tank...

Hi, chefkeith,I have had the roselines and clowns together over two years and they seem to be doing fine. If they have had fry, I have never seen them. Too many other fish in the tank for fry to survive I think. Although, I got a pair of mollies and have had 4-5 survive and are around 1.5" now. I ta...

Re: Looking for Levamisole

I sent an email with a picture of my loach to http://www.inkmkr.com/Fish/ItemsForSale.html and received the below info from Charles Harrison. "The fish in the picture looks more like it is suffering from intestinal Protozoa infestation rather than a Nematode. Have you seen any protruding red worms f...

Re: Long way home - how to carry loaches?

how big or the fish and how many are there? They should not be very big for that small of container. If you are only going to have them in the plastic box for 2-4 hours they should be fine. Would be better if you could get a battery air pump and put a air stone in with them.
