What is the big deal? These loaches are apparently commerical available in large numbers. We aren't talking about endagered specics here. I love MY loaches and I would be very sad if I caused their death (to say nothing of what I would do to somebody who intentionally harmed them), but frankly I do...

Where do you live? Maybe someone on the forum is local to you and would help you rehome them. Fish carry parasites and illnesses, and could infect your fish. im gonna feed a few to my snakeheads....i enquired abt these at a snakehead forum and seems like the snakeheads wont die unless the loaches are infected...which cannot be coz they were wid my frnd for 2 years..
