I was confused by the diffenerence on the nos of the markings as well.
Eventually, this lovely species is finally identified as Protomyzon pachychilus, a rare species from Guangxi Province in China. However, there's not much info about them, here's a simple description:

After reading their profile, I'm so regret that I bought an endemic and fragile species. They're about 2.5cm and I have no idea whether they're wild caught or captive bred. Anyway, I'll try my best to keep them.

this is my first topic here.
I got these from a lfs couple days ago, however, the shop couldn't provide the profile of this lovely species and I thought that they are a kind of loaches. Can anyone help to ID them? Thanks a lot!
