Might well be. :mrgreen: One of my Y. nigroleneata is heavily gravid and the female acanthocobitis are gravid and male a deep orange colour, the male was chasing the females last night, pre-spawning behaviour maybe!

Thanks everyone!! The good news is that he's still alive and kicking. The great news is that i've found another one! :D This new one though is minute, probably only 2-3 weeks old looking at Micks babies photos. My Acanthocobitis bred!!!

just did a water change and found a little baby A. zonalternans! :D :D So happy!
I'm suprised it hadn't got eaten by my weather loach but it's about 1" with a faint black lateral line so i would guess it's about 1 month old?
