Are you new to fish keeping? I'd guess that they suffered from osmotic shock when you changed the water when you 1st got them. Fish that survive osmotic shock sometimes end up with bacterial problems, slimecoat problems, and fin/scale damage. Are you adding anything to water, like salt? Try treatin...
