I recently added some plants to my tank and the clowns are not eating them thankfully but since I've changed the lighting for the plants, I have alot of algae. it looks rusty all over them and there are also little tuffs of it growing on the plants. The little guy made it!! and I got 5 more loaches at about 4- m4 1/2 inches added and about 7 live plants. 2 live plants died within the week but I dod notice it was because the clowns ate them to pieces. I did tx for parasites before and he had no signs of anything then. I am adding live plants soon. He is still looking great and they all seem to have gone through a slight growth spurt as well.

I have done a large water change only and the little guy appears to be putting back on a little weight. I did pick up some treatment. T treated the clowns for parasites when I bought them. Im no expert but when I expected there was bacteria or fungus in my 75g, I used Pima fix and Melafix together and my fish couldnt be more happy. They are right about the two filters. Its nice to have one you can start another tank with quickly. Good luck with your new tank. :wink:
