Rehome my small shoal - Seattle area

If there is a more appropriate place to post this, suggestions are welcome. I have a small shoal of three Clown Loaches that I have had for 5 or 6 years. I love them and want them to have their best life. I would like to give them to someone who already has an established Clown tank & is an experien...

OneWay, that is an interesting solution. Unfortunately in my research so far, I haven't found a heater that DOESN'T have a bad review somewhere. I have always done things the "easy" way, hence my earlier comment on being lucky for a long time. Two heaters, controllers, limiters, alarms...I need to d...

I just never noticed before how many people have lost their fish due to the heater malfunctioning until it happene...

Thanks for the kind words

I appreciate all the kind words. And I appreciate all the ideas about heaters. I have been obsessing a bit about which one to get next.

I am looking at the Fluval E 100 watt Advanced Electronic Heater. Need to do a search on the forums to see if anyone has any opinions. Or feel free to pipe up!

Tragedy

I woke up this morning to find my entire 100g tank dead. Sometime in the night, my heater broke, sending temps in the tank to over 100 degrees. I lost my three eleven-year-old clowns: Spot, Dora and Monster. I lost many other fish too, but these guys have been with me through a lot. I am missing the...
