Clown treats, An intresting find.

So I have a 125g which is more of a grow out tank as I am buying a 300g acrylic down the line. I have 7 clown loaches(All are now doing great), 16 Tiger barbs, 9 young bristle nose plecos, and 1 large F2 Amphilophus Citrinellus(Midas cichlid). So I put in some mixed veggies which had "french cut gre...

Yep, he is slowly putting on weight though. Going to be a long fight, but he is coming along. Took awhile to get him to eat though.

It's because the parents are in another tank. Thats their son in his own tank from their first spawn. I can't put anything in the 110g with them.

Eggs for Breakfast.

My Tiger Barbs and Clown Loaches eating Midas Eggs from my F1 Midas(Amphilophus Citrinellus) pair. Breed too much so their eggs aren't going to waste. I have 8 of all three types of Tiger barbs and 7 clown loaches. Make sure to set it to HD. Not to mention my F2 Male Midas makes a few cameos along w...

I have about 50/50 between petco and petsmart. Right now they are doing good except one. He is almost clear as he is so skinny and doesen't seem to eat that much. All the others are fattening up and the largest one looks like a brawt, lol. Its amazing to see them schooling with the tigerbarbs like t...

I know this is late, but my deepest condolances for Marge go out to you Emma. I am more of a C/SA enthusiast but clown loaches are one of the best fish to keep in the hobby and hold their own in cichlid tanks. True, but Petco and Petsmart do most their business through the merchandise such as food which I have to buy there as none of the LFS's around Vegas carry the good stuff I need. It wouldn't matter to them as it's only a few fish here and there. I am just a sucker for clown loaches. All are still doi...

Petco Clown Loaches

First of all I am new to the site. Love the feel so I descided to register as I am not once again a Clown Loach keeper. Currently I have been stocking a 125g fish tank. My center piece of the tank is a F2 Midas that I have grown out(Parrents) are from Jeff Rapps. Due to his layed back nature I desci...
