I went to the shop in Copenhagen and saw them in real life. They were indeed Beaufortia kweichowensis. Most of them weren't as brightly colored as the one in the picture.

Thanks a lot. Am I right in thinking that the fish in the picture is a fairly young specimen? I haven't seen adult Beaufortia kweichowensis with such bright colors before?

Hillstream loach id?
A local aquarium fish shop in Copenhagen has a hillstream loach for sale. They call it Gastromyzon boreneensis , but that's not a valid name as far as I know. I seem to remember reading somewhere that it has been used as a synonym for Pseudogastromyzon myersi , but that looks even less like the fish...
