I asked one ichtiologyst about this specimens. He also confirmed that they are Indoreonectes. At the moment only one: I.evezardi was described. He asked, if you can make better photos, side, frontal and from above - it would be great.

The situation described in my post were confirmed by many other owners. Official names does not matter sometimes. There exist two different varieties, and they differ in size and pattern-colour intensity. I have five of the same age and this diffrences are clearly visible.

YoYo is a commercial name. Actually we have 2 different species: botia lohachata and botia almorhae . I can give you a clue later, but try to research them first personally. First of all, when you talk about loaches, you should mention what kind od species you have in your tank. For example my Yo-Yo's are messing with a goldie's tail sometimes but they do not really attacking her. Clowns and queens ignore her compeletely. Talking about plecos and cory's - I have a bunch...
