Hi Eika I agree with Mike. But it may be one more reason. You should check the water in the tank for ammonia and nitrites. These toxic substances in high concentrations cause total vasodilation. Hello,
I think, name "G.myersi", apparently, should mean Pseudogastromyzon myersi. Just a guess.
At the photo real Gastromyzon looks like G.stellatus.

Hello Geert, I think you're right. The fish looks like P. fasciatus at your pics. As for gastromyzon punctulatus, this name in the trade often combines several species of spot painted gastromyzons: G.stellatus, G.ctenocephalus, G.scitulus.
