Fettuccine has a weird dot in his.. nose? Do they have noses? It looks like he got a piece of sand stuck in his nose but I'm not even sure if they have noses to be honest. Is this okay? Does it hurt him? Can I get it out?

Hi guys, another question.

Doesnt appear to be something above the surface, just 4 little spots that have a slight change in coloring. I could just be overreacting!

I've got two Golden Dojo Loaches, Fettuccine who I've had 8 months and Sketti (like spaghetti) who I've had for 3 months. I'm not sure how old they are, or their genders, I've kinda just assigned them ones ...
