Thanks, Chefkeith. This looks exactly what I am concerned about on my Clowns. Can you tell me how yours showed up in the tank? Did it come in on new plants? a new fish or ?? Tell me about their behavior. Did you have any other fish in the tank? Were they infected? Is it completely gone now?

I am new to Loaches and have some questions regarding the behavior (sleepy/lazy) and health (Dark spots) of my two juv. Clown Loaches. I hope it will help if I will first tell you about the fish, the problem and then give the tank info.
