No More Worries

Thanks for the advice. All four kuhlis are eating and growing. I have 8 different kinds of fish food, and have also been supplementing them with veggies, which they like. I bought a new food; it is Spectrum sinking pellets for small fish, and they are so tiny they spread all over. When I put them in...

I'm very sorry to hear about the death of your loaches. I wish I had some good advice, but I am new at this, so I'll keep silent on that. Just read your story and thought it was sad. I will say one thing though. Try not to let your disappointment keep you from participating in and enjoying a hobby y...

The concentration reads 0.15-0-0, as per the usual fertilizer for land plants, with which I am quite familiar. Still learning about the aquatic...

Plant Fertilizer With Trace Copper

I just bought some fertilizer for my plants, who are doing well but look in need of an extra boost. When I got it home I looked at the ingredients and found that it contains copper. The brand is Nutrafin, and it contains 0.0005% copper. It seems like a very small amount, but I heard copper and loach...

Feeding Baby Kuhlis

I just got 4 new baby kuhli loaches! :D But I've been finding it very hard to tell if they are actually eating. :? They are so tiny-only about 5cm long and a couple of millimetres thick. I also have other small fish, a clown plec and 2 weather loaches. I feed them bloodworm, brine shrimp, flake, shr...
