yes, separate the sick one. You can put him in a bowl temporarily, if you must. But you'll have to do daily water change. He's probably stressed from the others picking on him. since they don't show physical sign of disease, you'll have to assume something is toxic in the water. You'll have to do 50% water change every couple of days until the fish are back to normal.

When in doubt, do a 50% water change.. The new water will help thin out any toxins in that water and will add some oxygen.

she's probably sick. If you can take her out and put her in a smaller aquarium. Keep an eye out for other symptoms. She might have internal parasites.

you'll have to find out the real problem that started this. How big is your tank? Do you have too many fish? Is your filter adequate? etc...

Mine does it sometimes too. I have a suspicion that it might be stirred up detritus that might cause them to flash. They settle down when the water settles ... Just a guess.
