hi there, one more thing worth mentioning about farlowellas is SMALL wc's . I lost my first one when a sponge filter inside tank released alot of gunk, so I immediately did 40% wc and lost the farlo. Questioned my '' master aquarist''from store, said too much water change at one time did it. Not sur...

just more food info , my farlowella loves zucchini, not the skin and not the seeds ,but the flesh part , so I slice some and hang it on the glass with a suction cup-food clip . He eats it all ,and if there are any small seeds in it , they are left behind in a thin sheet of the zucchini still hanging...

nice job and yeah , wow , awesome wood ! I can see why you couldn't pass it up :D Your'e right about having a plan. Plenty times I have had an idea in my mind but dimensions and so many other things come into play...yep ....gotta have a plan :) oh, did I tell you I love the wood :mrgreen: :lol: G

could they be stess related. I have seen this on photos of stressed plecs. As they chill out , the markings go away. My common had them sometimes. Not sure same as your bn problem, just a thought. G

wow, I am surprised to hear about you guys having this problem with your new tap hook ups . Bummer to have the python and can't use it,geez. My house was built in 1928 and I'm sure the kit faucet was updated before we bought it ,and was thinking of changing to newer model...but now... gotta re-think...
