I agree with Katt. I also like canister filters. If you get a canister filter you may be overfiltering (which is not a bad thing) on the current tank, but as you move up to the 120, I think you may want the extra filtration.

Graeme, the moon light string is just warm to the touch, but does not even seem to noticeably warm the glass top that it is sitting on. It does light the tank, but rather minimally, so I may add a second string to make it a bit lighter.
