Aquasafe is not harmfull in any way. It might not help anything, but its a harmless product. I`m from Norway and we probably have the same kind of water-quality.

Hi again!

EUREKA!!! I have found a vet who can probably help me.
But she needs to know the exact latin name of the parasite that causes skinny disease in order to find a suitable drug that is available over here in Norway. I cant find it anywhere on the internett.

Does anyone know?

Ok! Thanks Emma!
I know panacur doesn`t harm fish, as it has been used quite commonly in aquariums over here before. What I don`t know anything about, is whether it has any effect against "skinny disease". But the product is definetly a de-wormer, at least for cats and dogs :?

Difficult for me to say if its definitive. But as it was passed 3 weeks ago, I doubt that they will change it soon enough for me to save my Loaches :x Have you heard about this Panacur (Fenbendazol), that I mentioned? I remember I used it to treat my cat over 10 years ago. But if it cures Botias, I ...

However; there is a product called Furanol from JBL which I hav seen for myself in the shop-shelves, so this is deffinetly not illegal. The effective ingredient in this is...

Thin clownloach after ich

Hi! I`m from Norway and I`m new on this great forum! I have 5 clowns in my tank and two of them of course developed ich. This is now cured, and none of the other inhabitants got the parasite :D However, one of the clowns is really skinny and doesn`t seem to gain much weight. The interesting thing (t...
