If she Floats/roll on the side, could be a sign of swim bladder problems too. Anti biotic for internal you might consider. Although it may appear fat, it will still need to eat if it does. Probably little amount of food.

I noticed this a week ago. It was a cool sight. I was not able to approach them because the clown was starting to get up. I had to use zoom without flash so the picture quality is not a so good.
